Wayne Rooney was named in Manchester United's matchday squad on Wednesday for the first time in two months.
The England captain has been missing since damaging knee
ligaments during a defeat at Sunderlandon February 13 but was among the substitutes for United's FA Cup quarter-final replay at West Ham.
Rooney played an hour for the club's U21 side on Monday night and has six remaining Premier League games to help United achieve a top-four finish.
The 30-year-old also faces a fight to regain his regular starting spot with England ahead of Euro 2016, with Harry Kane and Jamie Vardy leading the domestic scoring charts.
